Project Management
FOTS will ensure that all projects have been carefully
thought through with the client's interest at heart. Working closely
with your company, a project can be tailored to meet your requirements
and carried out in a well managed and appropriate manner to enable
the project to be completed on time and within budget.
FOTS Support
FOTS will offer a support package that may be customised to suit
the customer requirements consistently offering a rapid response
cover with a minimum time limit to be on site.
Testing
FOTS fully tests all data outlets using
a Fluke DSP4000 series cable analyser to the relevant manufactures
standards. All fibre cables will be tested with an Anritsu MS9020A
optical loss test set. An OTDR tester can all so be used with an
additional cost if fibre length or fault finding is required. The
results of our data cable testing are documented and presented in
the installation report or presented in printed form.
Quality Control
FOTS will ensure that a clear method in
quality control is in place to maintain standards in the workmanship
during a project. All the latest guides in the correct installation
practice will be to hand in order to maintain standards. Regular
'toolbox talks' will take place on site and any health and safety
issues will be addressed.
Health and Safety
It is our policy to comply with the Health
and Safety at Work Act 1974. FOTS will do it's utmost to provide
and maintain a healthy and safe working environment for it's customers
and staff. All employees are fully provided with updated information
and supervision to minimise occupational accidents. All engineers
will wear personal protective equipment where necessary and working
areas will be either isolated or clearly sign posted to avoid unnecessary
hazards.
